ABOUT ME
INTRODUCTION
My name is Lilla Varga and I am a mental health counselor currently living in Paris. As part of individual consultations, I offer counseling to adolescents and adults, in English and Hungarian.
I grew up in Hungary, I completed my studies in the United Kingdom and in the United States and I worked and volunteered abroad on a number of occasions. Studying, traveling, and living in different countries has helped me develop strong cross-cultural communication skills and in-depth multicultural understanding.
For the past four years, in addition to leading my private counseling practice, I've been working at the American School of Paris and at the American University of Paris, in various student support roles.
I believe in a holistic approach to counseling. By combining a strong foundation in mental health counseling with expertise in academic and career guidance, I provide integrated support for your overall well-being. My goal is to create a collaborative and safe space where you can explore your aspirations, address challenges, and develop the skills needed to thrive in your personal, academic and professional pursuits.
